"Lazy, careless, and unacceptable service."

FedEx Ground delivery is absolutely horrible. They clearly do not care about disabled customers. I am disabled and live on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I set up FedEx Delivery Manager exactly as instructed by Wayfair, added clear delivery notes, and called FedEx dispatch multiple times to make sure my heavy packages were delivered to my door. They ignored everything and dumped my packages downstairs by the mailbox where I could not get them. My bed delivery was also delayed from Thursday to after 5 PM Friday, leaving me with no help and no way to contact them until Monday. Lazy, careless, and unacceptable service. I will never use FedEx again, and because of this, I won’t order from Wayfair either. Companies should stop using FedEx—they do not care about their customers.

"FedEx updates are all over the place"
fedex notifications just feel kind of pointless sometimes. I’ll get a text saying my package is supposed to show up today, so I’m thinking okay, cool, I’ll keep an eye out… and then nothing. No package, no clear update, just silence for hours. Then later that night or even the next day there’s some vague new status that doesn’t really explain anything. And the tracking page will say one thing, but the email says something else, so I’m sitting there trying to figure out what’s actually happening. It’s just frustrating when you’re trying to plan your day around a delivery and the info keeps changing or doesn’t make sense.

Just a heads up for anyone getting a FedEx delivery: my package arrived in good condition, so no complaint there, but the driver seemed really rushed and barely said a word. He was polite enough, but the drop-off felt kind of careless and not very professional. Not a huge issue, just something to be aware of if you’re expecting a smoother delivery experience.

"Feels Like They’re Just Trying to Charge More"
The shipping price already seemed high, and then the extra fees made it even worse. I ended up paying more than I expected, and I still had to keep chasing updates to find out what was going on. it gave me the feeling that fedex is more focused on squeezing out extra charges than making the whole process easy for customers. Every little thing seemed to cost more. I’ll avoid using them again if I can...

My package arrived crushed on one side, and the tape was already half open like it had been tossed around or messed with. When I opened it, the item inside had dents too. I’m not sure what happened during shipping, but something feels off about how badly it was handled. Really disappointed with fedex this time.

Every time I check my account, the charges just don’t really look right. There’s always some amount here or there that makes me question what’s going on, and it gets frustrating having to figure out this and that just to understand my bill.

"Purposely messing up my deliveries????"

There is NO reason other then ALL the wrong reasons to not deliver a package to it's intended receipient. The number of the house is properly displayed on the mailbox and house.  The package that was delivered to the wrong address yesterday was/is just as important as any of the other packages in the past. FedEx has delivered to the wrong house.  I was supposed to get a call and email back yesterday regarding the issue but have not received either so I'm posting this review for now.

"Confusing claim process and slow responses"
I filed a claim with FedEx after my package arrived damaged, the whole thing was more frustrating than I expected. The website would say one thing, but then the next step made it seem like I needed to do something different, so I kept second-guessing what they actually wanted. I also had to upload the same information more than once, which was annoying. It took weeks before I got any real update, and when the final response came through, it felt like nobody had really reviewed the details. I did get replies along the way, but they mostly seemed like generic copy-and-paste messages. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it definitely wasn’t good

"Seems less reliable than it used to be"
My packages do usually show up, but the timing has been inconsistent lately. Compared to how deliveries used to be for me, it feels a lot harder to count on the tracking now. It’ll say one thing, then update later to something totally different. It’s not awful, but I don’t really trust the estimates anymore.

"Noticing a Delivery Pattern That’s Frustrating"
I was home all day waiting for my fedex package, and nobody rang the bell or tried to contact me. Later, I checked online and suddenly there was a note saying they had attempted delivery. It’s frustrating because I feel like I’ve seen this kind of thing happen before, where the tracking says one thing but the actual experience doesn’t match. Now I have to wait another day, and there doesn’t seem to be a simple way to sort it out.

"Reliable for Sending a Box Overseas"
I sent a box overseas with fedex, and overall it worked out well. Customs took a little longer than I hoped, but the tracking updates were clear the whole time, which made it easier to know where the package was. It arrived in good condition, so the main job got done. It was a bit pricey, but for something important, I appreciated the reliability and visibility.

The delivery was late again, which was frustrating. I get that delays can happen sometimes, and I don’t want to be unfair about that, but a simple update would have made a big difference. Not knowing what was going on made the whole experience feel a lot more disappointing.

My package showed as delivered, but it definitely wasn’t at my door, so I pretty much assumed it was gone. I felt kind of pressured to figure it out quickly since the tracking already said it was delivered, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It took a couple of days and I had to call support once, but FedEx did end up helping track it down and it showed up later. Not a perfect experience, and the updates could’ve been clearer, but they did fix the issue in the end.

"Bad customer service and delivery"

I had to stop ordering from chewy and have had issues with some, not all of their delivery drivers.  A lady refused to bring package to my porch and would leave them on my disability ramp, blocking it.  If there was a fire i wouldn't be able to get away from my home as the back door has stairs. Now their contract driver is starting to leave packages by my garage that's not attached to the house and far away from my the house itself.  I'm disabled. I called fed ex and the lady told me they can leave packages wherever they want on my property and I would have to tell them on the feed ex app manager.  Tried but more issues with that.  Can't even update my new address and have to close my account, open new one with a new email address and go through all that and then wait when it's common sense to leave packages by the door. Then she told me to post signs up on my property.  They have damaged our grass and yard in the summer 3 times and paid for that but refuse to respect the fact I'm disabled and can't walk far or lift heavy boxes off of my own ramp. Violations of the ada and this time I chose to report them.

"Poor delivery time"

My package was 300 miles from my local FedEx distributor . That’s less than a 6 hour  drive by truck. 12 hours later there’s no tracking and my package is delayed by 2 days. And there is no wether that would delay it either. FedEx needs to get there s*** together like UPS has. I’d even prefer USPS to FedEx now.
